Matt Webb will be talking to Mark Leckey about his Serpentine show, the cult status of smart objects and the multiple relationships we form with technology.
Matt Webb is CEO and Principal at BERG, a London-based design consultancy, working with companies to research and develop their technologies and strategy, primarily by finding opportunities in networks and physical things.
Matt holds an MPhys in Physics from Oxford University, and has been writing and creating for the Web since 1998 (including blogs, web toys and collaborative short fiction).
He is co-author of the book Mind Hacks (O’Reilly, 2004), a popular collection of explorations into the workings of the brain, and regularly lectures on the inspirational role of design and technology in culture.
