Luke Fowler is part of the experimental music scene in Glasgow through his bands Rude Pravo and Lied Music, and his record label and multimedia platform SHADAZZ. He curates an evening of music which includes performances by Danny Saunders, Lee Patterson and Apricot My Lady with DJ Corpolite.

Danny Saunders of the Scottish supergroup Correcto is giving a solo performance showcasing new works as well as acoustic adaptations of Correcto material. Saunders, who set up Correcto following his 7" release Gold on Fowler's SHADAZZ label, has been instrumental in the bands fine balance between fast driving guitar pop and subtle acoustic duets (along with guitarist Richard Wright). Correcto's debut album is out on Domino.

Known for his field-recordings taken anywhere from windswept Scottish hills to chemistry lab constructions with underwater contact mics, Lee Patterson is the Mancunian improviser ‘who turns burning nuts and fizzing aspirin into audio gold’ (Nick Cain, The Wire 2009). As a live performer Lee Patterson plays solo as well as in various ensembles and in collaboration with musicians from across the British improv scene including Rhodri Davis, David Toop, Graham Halliwell, Angharad David and Ben Drew. In 2008, Patterson collaborated with Luke Fowler on their film Bogman Palmjaguar and sound response to La Monte Young's ‘Draw a straight line and follow it’, which was followed by Patterson's solo debut Seven Vignettes on SHADAZZ.

Sound artists Adam and Jonathan Bohman, Lukas Simonis and Anne La Berge formed the band Apricot My Lady in 2003. Dismissing any boundaries between composition and improvisation, the quartet's use of instruments in the broadest sense includes found objects, text, voice, samples, violins, guitars and flutes. Apricot My Lady's work references the sonic artforms of fluxus tapestry, music concrete, sound poetry, free improv, avant-rock, noise as well as contemporary chamber music. For their performance at Cafe OTO, Apricot My Lady are accompanied by special guest DJ Coprolite (aka Xentos Jones), ex-member of The Homosexuals and subject of Luke Fowler's 2003 film The Way Out.
