Every Saturday the Serpentine Gallery hosts talks and seminars free to the public.

Claire Pajaczkowska, Art Historian, discusses themes connected to the exhibition Nancy Spero

Claire Pajaczkowska is a Senior Research Tutor in Fashion and Textiles at the Royal College of Art. She recently published Shame and Sexuality: Psychoanalysis and Visual Culture, co-edited by Dr Claire Pajaczkowska, which brings the issue of shame into sharp focus. Using psychoanalysis as a method for the analysis of visual culture, Shame and Sexuality explores elements of shame in human psychology and the cultures of art, film, photography and textiles.
